M & N had there wedding on Leap Year!
I was lucky enough to get to spend the afternoon with them and even act as witness (along with a lucky protester!) at City Hall.
The afternoon cleared up just long enough for us to get some amazing photos and walk around Portland!
The whole thing was perfect.
